Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing Hook & Paw for your dog walking and pet care needs. These terms and conditions outline the guidelines for booking our services, including cancellations and rescheduling. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are managed through Calendly.
Payment is due within 24 hours of appointment end time and can be made via bank transfer. Further payment details can be found within your booking confirmation email.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
For Consultation Appointments:
You may cancel or reschedule at any time without incurring a fee.
For Group Walks, Solo Walks, and Pet Visits:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time to avoid fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment start time will incur a 100% service cost as a cancellation fee.
For Captain Hooks Epic Adventure:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment time to avoid fees.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment start time will incur a 100% service cost as a cancellation fee.
4. Liability and Insurance
Hook & Paw has full liability insurance for all services provided.
Hook & Paw has full vehicle insurance for the van used to transport your animal.
5. Licensing
Hook & Paw is a fully licensed dog walking service, registered with Edinburgh Council.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Hook & Paw reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
